It costs us about $3.25 in order to create one period pack. By achieving our $5000 goal, we hope to be able to serve 1362 menstruators across the province of Ontario.

Do you want to be a part of a supportive team that works to end period poverty? New members are always welcome! Fill out this form and we will be in touch shortly!

As a volunteer driver you would collect and distribute period packs to shelters in need that are near you. If  you're interested, click the link below and send us a message.

We also accept physical donations of menstrual products! Please email us at to find out more information.

"Why should I become a member of BTN?"

Join an organization filled with like-minded individuals and expand your knowledge about social justice, menstruation and activism!  You will receive networking opportunities, references, and volunteer hours. There are also many leadership opportunities and chances to broaden your experiences through many different facets of BTN.

Help deliver the period packs we create across your region as a volunteer driver. Currently, we are not implementing in-person volunteering as it conflicts with Ontario's COVID-19 guidelines.

We're looking for graphic designers! Whether you have experience or want to start learning how to create eye-catching graphics, we have a spot for you on our team!

You can make a difference in the menstrual movement through service, writing, advocacy, and so much more as a member of Bleed the North. We'd love to have you on the team.

"What would my responsibilities be?"

Ensure you are checking Slack, our messaging system, at least once a day, participate in general meetings, join teams and initiatives as your schedule and interests allow.
